Living in Gries · San Quirino
Tree-lined avenues, early twentieth-century villas and the Guncina promenade: the quietest and most elegant side of the city, a stone’s throw from the centre.

Gries was a separate municipality until 1925 and still keeps that character: the old core around the Benedictine abbey, the villas from the days when it was a health resort thanks to its mild climate, the gardens. Corso Libertà, where our office is, links it to the centre in a few minutes.
San Quirino, between Gries and the Talvera river, is residential and well served: schools, local shops, the Talvera meadows for a run or a walk, and the old town just across the bridge.
