Don Bosco is a lively neighbourhood, with shops, schools and local associations. Flats here come at attractive prices, suitable as a first home or as an investment.
Firmian, further south, is one of the newest parts of the city: modern apartment buildings, often with good energy ratings, greenery between the buildings, cycle paths and services for families. The hospital is not far away.
