    Buying, building or renovating a first home: applications are submitted online only, on the Province’s platform, with all the required documents.

  3. Book an appointment

    At the Province’s help desks you can get advice and a simulation of your grant. Appointments are booked online only, with SPID, the electronic ID card or the services card, up to two months ahead. Important: have your household’s up-to-date DURP ready.

    Appointments take place at the Province’s Palazzo 12 in Bolzano.
